This complete kit offers maximum precision and the highest quality workmanship for your custom project. The solid steel rear fender with integrated 10 mm struts is manufactured on special welding jigs – ideal for Harley-Davidson Fat Boy models from 2018 onwards and the Breakout 117 (from 2023 onwards) with the original tank.
The kit is suitable for both the OEM 240 tires and Metzeler 260 tires on 8" or 9" rims. Thanks to the included fiberglass seat base plate (for the OEM tank), the stainless steel mounting kit, and the accompanying parts certificate, the conversion can be carried out quickly and cleanly.
