Shipping & Availability

🔔 Availability note: Our stock levels are regularly updated – however, in exceptional cases, short-term delivery bottlenecks may occur. Should an item be unavailable, the purchase price will be automatically and fully refunded . You don't need to do anything.

1. What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer standard shipping.

Note: Your order may be delivered in multiple packages, as we work with different shipping partners.

2. What are the shipping costs?

3. How long does shipping take?

We ship all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days , but in some cases it can take up to 12 business days . Should any further delays occur, for example, if we need to reorder something or for special orders/productions such as specific handlebars.

For deliveries within the EU, shipping times may vary depending on the country and can take up to approximately 14 working days or longer. If it takes longer than expected, we will of course inform you immediately.

Tracking
As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

4. Do you offer shipment tracking?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email after shipment.

5. What do I do if orders are damaged or lost?

Please contact our customer service immediately.

6. Are there any shipping restrictions?

Yes, we do not ship to certain regions. Please check if delivery is available to your area before ordering.

7. Other

For many of our shipments, we use the original boxes from our retailers to ensure environmentally friendly and sustainable delivery.

1. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, credit card and Shopify Payments.

2. How does payment with PayPal work?

Select PayPal at checkout to be redirected to the PayPal page where you can complete the payment.

3. What is Klarna?

With Klarna you can conveniently pay by invoice, in installments or immediately.

4. Do I need to have an account with the payment providers?

PayPal and Amazon Pay require an account. With Klarna, you can pay without registering.

Right of withdrawal and return

🔧 Important information regarding installation and returns

We recommend that our products be installed exclusively by qualified professionals to avoid damage and malfunctions.

As a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal . Returns are generally possible. However, please note the following points:

❗ Installed components cannot be returned.

Once an item has been assembled , it is legally and technically considered used . It can no longer be sold as "new" – therefore, returns are no longer accepted.

Examples:

  • A handlebar that has already been mounted on the fork → no return possible .
  • A riser clamp that has already been tightened and shows signs of wear → no return possible .
  • A turn signal whose cables have already been shortened or modified → no return possible .
  • A fender that has been modified or drilled → no returns accepted .

This is not a shop rule, but results from the law:
Used and assembled parts have a significant depreciation in value and are therefore no longer saleable .

❗ No returns on custom-made products

Items that are only produced after ordering , e.g. certain handlebars or special parts , are excluded from the right of withdrawal .

❗ Further information

– Use or installation may result in a reduction in value , which we will have to deduct from the refund amount if the item is even eligible for return.
Damaged items or parts showing signs of improper installation are generally excluded from return.

If you are unsure about anything, please contact us before purchasing – regarding the model, year of manufacture, fitment, or TÜV certification. We will help to avoid any problems later.

Note: Due to supply chain issues, occasional short-term unavailability may occur. In this case, an automatic and full refund will be issued – including shipping costs.

🔁 Returns – Important Information

For a return , all parts must be returned complete and unused in the original packaging – exactly as they were delivered.

The above-mentioned return rules still apply (no installation, no damage, no custom manufacturing).

A brief notification via email or the contact options provided is required before any return.
Unannounced returns will not be processed.

The buyer bears the return shipping costs .
Once the goods have been inspected and everything is satisfactory, the purchase price will be refunded .
