1. What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer standard shipping.

3. How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days, but in some cases it can take up to 12 business days. Should any further delays occur, for example, if we need to reorder something or in the case of special orders/production, such as specific handlebars.

Tracking
As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

6. Are there any shipping restrictions?
Yes, we do not ship to certain regions. Please check if delivery is available to your area before ordering.
7. Other
For many of our shipments, we use the original boxes from our retailers to ensure environmentally friendly and sustainable delivery.
8. Customs and import taxes:
International orders may be subject to additional customs duties and import taxes. These costs are not included in the price and must be borne by the customer. Please inform yourself in advance about the applicable regulations in your country.

Payments
PayPal
Payment in just a few steps:
1. At checkout, select "PayPal" as your payment method.
2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user details and initiate the payment.
If you don't already have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment. Setting up a PayPal account is not necessary for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and purchase on account via PayPal.
4. You will then be redirected back to us.
Amazon Pay
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the Amazon website. To process your payment via Amazon, you must be registered with Amazon or register first and log in with your credentials. There, you can select your saved delivery address and payment method, confirm Amazon's use of your data, and authorize payment to us. You will then be redirected back to our online shop, where you can complete your order. Amazon will automatically process your transaction immediately after you submit your order.
Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options.
Payment is made to Klarna in each case:
Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in the case of other services, from the provision of the service.
Installment purchase:
With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least €6.95) or under the other conditions specified at checkout. Installment payments are due at the end of each month after Klarna sends you a monthly statement.
- Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
- Direct debit: The debit takes place after the goods have been shipped. You will be informed of the time by email. (Please only list those payment methods that you also offer.)
Google Pay
You can pay with Google Pay during the checkout process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the "Google Pay" mobile app on a supported device, completing the verification steps. Google Pay will use the payment information you have stored in the app for the transaction.
Shopify Payments
For payment, we offer the following payment methods in cooperation with Shopify Payments:

Immediately by Klarna
Instant bank transfer - Pay simply and directly.
"Sofort." is the direct bank transfer service from Sofort GmbH - A Klarna Group Company. You pay securely and conveniently using your familiar online banking details (PIN/TAN) without registration – now in the new Klarna design. The merchant receives real-time confirmation after the transfer is completed. This allows them to ship in-stock items and digital goods immediately – so you receive your purchases faster. Please note that payment via Sofortüberweisung is only possible up to a maximum order value of €2000.
