Welcome to Medusa Bikes. We focus on trading and realizing exclusive motorcycle projects. To do justice to every vehicle and every customer, we work according to a structured process based on individual consultation.

The Dream Bike (Project Acquisition)

Do you have a clear idea of your next bike? We will accompany you from the idea to the handover of the keys.

• Concept: We discuss the goal together (model, style, budget).
• Procurement: Medusa Bikes acquires a suitable base vehicle for its own operations. To secure this project-specific procurement, a down payment of 50% is due.
• Realization: The vehicle is prepared and refined according to the agreed concept.
• Completion: After completion, you purchase the finished vehicle via a sales contract. Your down payment will be fully credited against the purchase price.
• Note: Due to the customer-specific individualization, revocation after project start is excluded in accordance with § 312g BGB.

Digital Vehicle Brokerage (Commission)

We use our reach and contacts to sell your motorcycle at the best possible price.

• Process: Your motorcycle remains safely in your garage during the brokerage process. We handle all marketing and communication with interested parties.
• Commission: We agree on a fixed fee in advance, which is only due upon successful sale.

Purchase & Sale / Trade-in

We purchase well-maintained bikes directly or offset the value of your current bike against a new project from our inventory.

• Direct Purchase: Send us data and pictures for a non-binding initial assessment.
• Processing: We guarantee immediate payment and legally compliant deregistration of the vehicle.

Used Vehicles & Medusa Builds

In our catalog, you will find workshop-tested original vehicles as well as our exclusive "MEDUSA BIKES® Builds". Direct purchase via the online shopping cart system is deactivated for vehicles – we rely on personal contact and individual contracts.

Legal Notes (GTC & Contracts)

To create maximum clarity and security for both sides, the following principles apply:

• Individual Contracts: The standard GTC of our online shop (for accessories/merch) do not apply to vehicle sales and projects.
• Additional Agreements: Each transaction is secured by an individual additional agreement. The order only becomes binding with the written signature of both parties.
• Retention of Title: Each vehicle remains the legal property of Medusa Bikes until full payment.

Important Note: The following explanations serve as a general guide to our working methods and are not legally binding. As each project is unique, details may vary. Only the provisions that we record with you in an individual additional agreement or a written purchase contract are legally binding.
