FLASHER RELAY FOR LED INDICATORS
The Thunderbike flasher relay is required when using LED indicators because LED indicators consume significantly less power than conventional incandescent bulbs. Without a suitable flasher relay, the onboard electronics may detect the lower power consumption as an error and change the flashing frequency.
The flasher relay simulates the electrical load of a conventional incandescent bulb, thus ensuring a constant, load-independent, and standard-compliant flashing frequency. It prevents hyperflashing, possible error messages, and ensures reliable operation when converting to LED indicators.
