Oil Change & Service for Harley-Davidson® and other Two-Wheelers
We offer motorcycle services – with a focus on Harley-Davidson®, but also for many other two-wheelers. This includes oil changes (engine, transmission, primary) as well as the replacement of wear parts such as tires, spark plugs, air and oil filters.
We also carry out simple service work and the installation of accessories and attachments – cleanly, reliably, and perfectly suited to your bike.
And if you prefer to do the work yourself: We also have inspection kits and all the necessary parts for your project. Feel free to take a look around.

We offer standard shipping . Orders may be delivered in multiple packages, as we work with various shipping partners.
Free shipping within Germany, EU shipping : €19.99.
Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, but in some cases may take up to 12 business days (EU shipping may take longer). Should any further delays occur, we will inform you immediately.
Shipment tracking: Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Damaged or lost orders: Please contact our customer service immediately.
Shipping restrictions: We don't ship to all regions. Check if we ship to your region.
Other: Many orders are packed in the original boxes from our retailers to ensure environmentally friendly delivery.

Right of withdrawal and return
We recommend that our products be installed only by qualified professionals to avoid damage and malfunctions.
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal , however the following exceptions apply:
❗ Built-in components:
Assembled parts are considered used and cannot be returned, e.g.:
- Handlebars that were mounted on the fork
- Riser clamp with traces
- Turn signal with shortened or connected cable
- Fender that has been modified or drilled
❗ Order-based production:
Special parts or products that are manufactured specifically to order are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
❗ Further information:
- Use or installation can result in a decrease in value .
- Damaged parts or those showing signs of installation cannot be returned.
If you are unsure about anything, e.g. model, year of manufacture or fit, please contact us before purchasing.
If an order is delivered in several partial shipments, the 14-day cancellation period for each individual item begins upon receipt of the corresponding partial delivery.
Notes on Approval & Installation
Our parts are primarily designed for custom conversions and are not always plug & play.
- Installation may require specialist knowledge and should be carried out by a workshop if in doubt.
- Depending on the product, modifications may be necessary (e.g., drilling, adaptation, or individual changes).
Approval:
- An ABE, ECE, or parts certificate is only available if explicitly stated in the product description.
- Some components do not require approval, while for others, approval or registration may be necessary.

Was mach mit meinem Altöl?
Gemäß Altölverordnung (AltölV) nehmen wir bei Medusa Bikes® die bei uns erworbenen Mengen an Verbrennungsmotoren-, Getriebe- und Motorölen kostenlos zurück und sorgen für eine fach- und umweltgerechte Entsorgung.
Die Rücknahme umfasst auch Ölfilter sowie beim Ölwechsel regelmäßig anfallende ölhaltige Abfälle (z. B. Lappen, Tücher oder Werkstattmaterialien).
Die Rückgabemenge ist auf die bei uns erworbene Menge beschränkt.
Die Rückgabe kann nach vorheriger Absprache an folgender Adresse erfolgen:

Alternativ ist eine Rücksendung möglich, wobei die Versandkosten vom Kunden zu tragen sind. Beim Versand sind Altöl und ölhaltige Abfälle als Gefahrgut zu kennzeichnen und in geeigneten, dichten Behältnissen zu verpacken. Es sind die jeweiligen Versandvorschriften des gewählten Versanddienstleisters zu beachten.
Altöl darf nicht über den Hausmüll oder das Abwasser entsorgt werden.
