🔔 Availability information: Our stocks are updated regularly, but in exceptional cases, short-term delivery bottlenecks may occur. Should an item be unavailable, the purchase price will be automatically and fully refunded . You don't have to worry about anything.

1. What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer standard shipping.

Note: Your order may be delivered in multiple packages as we work with different shipping partners.

2. How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for you.

3. How long does shipping take?

We ship all orders as quickly as possible. Your package will typically arrive within 5–8 business days . Occasionally, it can take up to 12 business days , for example, if we need to reorder something or for special orders like handlebars. If it takes longer, we'll let you know.

Tracking
As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

4. Do you offer shipment tracking?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email after shipment.

5. What do I do if my order is damaged or lost?

🔧 Important information on installation and return

We recommend that our products be installed only by qualified personnel to avoid damage and malfunctions.

As a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal . Even items that have already been installed or used can be returned. However, please note:

– During installation and use, a reduction in value may occur, which we must deduct from the refund amount if the item can no longer be sold as “new”.
Damaged items or items that are defective due to improper installation are excluded from return.
Items that have been manufactured or customized according to customer requirements – e.g. handlebars or other special partsare excluded from cancellation and return .

If you have any questions about returns or installation, please contact us in advance – we will be happy to help you.

Please note: Due to delivery bottlenecks at suppliers, occasional short-term unavailability may occur. In this case, an automatic and full refund will be issued – including shipping costs.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

You have 14 days to return an item after receipt.
